Gabby has over 12 years’ specialist event management experience gained through working in leading global experiential agencies and niche service firms. Gabby firmly believes that clients are best served by the individual attention and direct access to the most experienced key event managers that small firms can provide. “It is extremely important to get to know your clients properly and understand what is right for their business. Expertise in event management is a given, but what really adds value to our services is keeping an eye on the bottom line and the wider commercial considerations. My job is to apply my experience in helping the client judge what will achieve their event objectives, creatively, logistically and financially.” Mike heads up Sea Change new business. Before embarking on a life in sales, Mike worked as a qualified sound engineer and so has a good knowledge and understanding of event management services. Mike has worked on a wide range of events including large projects and corporate events. Alex has a wealth of experience in new business strategy and manages the exhibition sales and logistics for Sea Change clients. Alex is currently studying for a MA in strategic design.
