DELEGATE MANAGEMENT.

This is such an important aspect of managing any event and if the right infrastructure isn't in place, it can be incredibly time consuming for the organisers.

We can provide a registration and badging service which includes:

  • A dedicated website that can be branded for online registrations.
  • Usually, we set up a simple 'click through' button from the client's website.
  • Registration can also be available via other methods including fax, post and over the phone.
  • Processing of all paper / telephone based registrations.
  • Our data profiling system allows you and us to log on and see how many people have attended in real time, and address any gaps of interest in the event programme.
  • Processing of attendance fees from Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Invoicing to a company is also possible, to allow large organisations to pay their delegate attendee fees by cheque or bank transfer.
  • A dedicated email and telephone enquiry service is also set up at Sea Change to handle any delegate queries.
  • We can also produce delegate badges prior to the event and provide a badge printing facility on site for any late arrivals or name changes on the day.
