• Access to a database of over 9500 venues
• A response from us usually within 12 working hours
• Negotiation with venues for you
• Provisional options held
• Site inspections arranged
• Confirmation of the booking with the venue in writing

How Does It Work?

We are able to offer you a free service because the venues we source often pay us a commission for recommending them to you. So, if you confirm a venue through us, we will get paid a percentage of your total spend by the venue.

However, this commission is in no way reflected in the venue hire fees. We work with the venues to ensure the best possible rates are quoted for you. We also work closely with you to make sure we are getting the best venue for your event.

Please remember that although we are a free service, we make our money by placing the business. Therefore, should you decided to confirm with a venue for any event that we have provided information for, please do so through Sea Change.

From the start through to confirmation, we will do everything from searching for venues, negotiating rates, arranging site visits and confirming the event for you to make your life as easy as possible.
